Genetic Apex is still there, you have to go into one of the other packs and then hit "Select other booster packs" in the bottom right. They basically just hid them, which sucks, probably so they can push people to open the newer packs. But they are there so you can still pull from them.

It looks like they added the counts for the new expansion's solo missions but have not unlocked them yet. They should be available tomorrow once the new set is actually out. Each difficulty except "Beginner" (the first one) has battles for both Genetic Apex and Mythical Island, and should have ones for the new Space-Time…
