It might lead to an endless loop for Mew ex (not that it would be difficult for you to program using a copy move once) but it could be used by ditto much more since ditto can copy from the bench. If you had Mew ex on the bench and Mewtwo ex in the active, you could use ditto to copy genome hacking and then copy Psydrive…
