  • Damage Counters are considered Effects. Regular Damage is not an effect. Dragapult's attack also would bypass Jirachi because Jirachi, while blocking effects of attacks, only protects against Basic Pokemon, not Evolution Pokemon. Currently, there are only 2 main ways to prevent Dragapult's attack from getting through.…
