Gallade. One of my all-time favorite Pokemon also. He just looks so knightly and I love it. Blastoise VERY close second. Loooove that tank of a Pokemon.

IMHO, they didn't want to be Ash to be some mary sue character, which I appreciate. Also more relatable. Not everyone is going to be a master, but millions still play.

Haven't finished a game in that gen yet, but I agree about her design, but I think people like her for her character more than her looks. Strong, female-type.

Immediately advocate for Pokemon rights in my country's federal government. They're are sentient and very intelligent. I wouldn't doubt bad humans will find some way to exploit them.
