Thanks! I did it and indeed received all previous rewards from the pass (600 crystals). I also meant I was at "tier" 15.

I had a slightly different but similar problem. Initially, I had to "right click" the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator." That fixed the issue from then on.

I don't have any trainers that give Vstar powers and I didn't use any Vstar power! I went to test it in "test" and still couldn't use it. I have over 10 total cards in the lost zone!
