"Knocked Out during your opponent's last turn." is it being specified. It has to be your opponent knocking your Pokemon out, you can not knock it out yourself and use the card.

They used Gardevoir EX ability to knock out a Ralts.

Sorry I misread what you wrote, and it wont let me edit my second one for some reason. In what I witnessed the opponent knocked their own Pokemon out, in this case a Ralts by using Gardevoir ex's ability. They were then able to activate Unfair Stamp, when they shouldn't have been able too.
