This bug is still going on and its seems that other players reported this same issue in the past for several times. Gems are getting more and more precious and, look at its timing, we have a bug which cut us off from the most reliable source of collecting gems… IF YOU WANT TO KILL THE GAME JUST UNPLUG IT!

..And? How can I solve it? By the way, dunno understand what do you mean exactly. I'm always playing against other players and never drop on a single match due to bad connection if that is what you really mean. Don't type dumb answers if you don't have any insight on the topic.

I have this exact problem too. No sound effect unless I open the relevant settings page.
