If the support ticket here is the same as for the regular tcg, you will need luck.

I hope you luck there. I have been trying for one year to get a booster pack replacement. They have images of the damaged cards, approval for the replacement and they even requested my cards (shipped over a year ago btw). After that nothing at all.
