In Casual Mode you can switch between Standard and Expanded. You have to be in Expanded mode to make expanded decks. I've also noticed that when you import decks (FYI You have to delete the leading zeros from the card number for the import the work ei: change 059 to 59), it doesn't necessarily import the right "rarity" so…
