• Have you tried disabling the audio in live? Most phones only allow for 1 audio output at a time, so muting live should fix it.

• It happens sometimes. My best guess is that there is a connection issue on either your end or that of Live's servers, lagging you and putting you in two different matches.

• IMO, the best way to create a meta change is to just create weird decks like Kyurem VMax or Toxicroak Samurott. Spice things up, and other people will too.

• Definitely a consideration, but I do think that Radiant Alakazam allows for higher damage output with Hisuian Samurot VStar. The only thing that really stops this strategy is Radiant Tsarina.

• You should be able to contact support, and they'll be able to see that you claimed the code, but that you didn't recieve anything, and they should add the missing cards to your account.
