First, let's remove cards that are causing you to lose. Looking at your example hand, the cards that stick out to me are Energy Retrieval and Full Metal Lab, neither of which do anything on Turn…1 -

If you're drawing a lot of bad starting hands, then that's probably because you don't have enough helpful cards in your deck. Can you provide your decklist? If you do, then I can sugge…1 -

If you use torracat and go to use it's first move, it's also listed as an ability on the selection screen, probably the source of the issue1 -
