I have noticed it as well. Check if there are any evolved Pokémon on the bench. I think it counts the basic form and evolved forms as one Pokémon each.3 -

Played against a deck with an ambipom in it and he got heads everytime
Not sure if it's bugged or not but i find it highly unlikely that 50/50 coin flip is always going to be heads on every attack. I attacked around 5 times and every single one was heads1 -

I've heard that sometimes recreating the deck from scratch, no importing, just adding all of the cards from your collection into a new deck manually will resolve this.1
