I've had an issue going for 5 months and they just decideded to close it while not fixing it and refuse to speak to me now, all I did was ask for an update company they got to make this is awful1 -

Why can't I add certain pokemons to my deck (ranked play)?
I just pulled the Hoothoot (ASR TG12), but I can't add it to my deck. Same for Radiant Greninja. Can anyone help me understand why I can't add those to my decks?1 -
