Thanks Dougbro. It seems that V Astro is just the spanish and Portuguese version of V Star, so basically it's a Whimsicott V Star. I still can't see much about this card online though.1 -

How did you misspell the name twice while looking at it? Anyway, when you have a free spot on your bench and no cards in your hand, open your discard pile and click the card.3 -

yea turns out the format on mobile tricked me into thinking that I was able to have 6 pokemon on bench when the max is 5. I tried it again and it works.1
