This game doesn't have logs. Were you playing PTCGLive or PTCGOnline? Also, read cards. Ninetales V's first attack copies other attacks.2 -

I had 505 credits and tried to exchange 400 for the promo version of oricorio (fire). However, The credits were consumed and the card did not appear in my inventory.1 -
