As @TechHog said, standard rotation happens 2 weeks (and 1 day) earlier in Live, so all E block cards (BST-FST) rotated out of standard, you can still use these cards at in-person events until EUIC. …1 -

you should have around 15 Pokemon 15 energy and 30 trainers in most decks, swap cards out if you're playing decks that need more or less energy1 -
