The online generator I used for the Eevee deck did not recognize and therefore did not include Galarian Obstagoon’s promo card featured in the deck, hence the caption.1 -

Yep. It would help if Pokémon was consistent and decided to always call it a Tiebreaker Game or Sudden Death, instead of flipping back and forth between the two.1 -
