Crushing Hammer blocks play
When the crushing hammer is drawn from your deck. It remains floating in the middle of the screen and it is impossible to continu playing. The only way to exit is to concede.1 -

Remove Game Loss Penalization.

I have had similar issues. even games that time out before the coin flip. This has only been in casual games for me. I don't dare try it in ranked.1 -
