This may be a bug on your end or affecting many people in your region. The battlepass holowear for Zacian is relatively new so it just might have happened because it is recent. The bug should be fixed soon however and you should be able to use the holowear when so.

Zacian probably will stay strong since it is from an event and currently costs 15,000 now. Umbreon and Mewtwo and new pokemon and with the Eeveelution event finished up and the 2nd anniversary happening now, they probably don't notice them. Goodra is pretty strong with dragon pulse, since landing dragon pulse heals your health back. I don't know much about muddy water so I can't give you information on that, but if I remember correctly it is sort of like Lapras's water pulse. Sounds like a hard but pretty cool challenge you are doing. I wish you the best of luck on getting every pokemon to complete the living dexs from all of the games! I'd probably get two or three game dexs complete and then just give up from getting bored.

There could be an npc in an area who would will be trading pokemon that can evolve from trading, or just make the certain trade items that allow pokemon to evolve without trading harder to get. I would say that could be balanced since it supports both pokemon trading and trade item evolving

My favorite mega evolution is Mega Tyranitar, but I also love Steven's Mega Metagross from the anime!
