I might choose to start in Hoenn, with my starter being a Mudkip. My goal would be to investigate legends and mythology in various regions, and possibly meet a Legendary Pokemon. My final team (took me a few minutes to decide upon) might be Swampert, Sigilyph, Decidueye, Magmortar, Rotom, and Drapion.

This sounds pretty cool!

We need more unique ideas for postgame battle facilities- sort of like the Battle Frontier.

I don't like to catch any Pokemon unless I have some intention of using them.

I never got into Unite- mostly due to it being a largely multiplayer game that I would have to constantly be working at if I wanted to be victorious. Moreover, it seems like there's a problem these days of Game Freak adding legendaries and making them too powerful.

Pokemon's main problem compared to Zelda is that it's expanded so far beyond gaming that it doesn't even NEED good games to make money anymore- it can rely on mediocre games and all the products surrounding them.

I might have to say Decidueye- both because I like the Pokemon and because I love the shiny colors. Don't have a shiny Decidueye though. Resetting for female Popplio was torture enough!

I love the kahuna battle music in Sun and Moon

Everyone has their own opinions so only adding the popular mons isn't going to ease everyone. That being said, I don't think a voting system is a bad idea.

Water is my favorite type so technically several, but I think Inteleon and Empoleon are pretty high up the list
