Well what I meant under "make a deck with only one ex or v" was not all existing, but one of each ex or v according to a deck. Basically all I need help with is making a deck for pokémon tcg with only limited ex's or v's which is also "meta" thanks a mil @DoubleCure

So if this posts twice, I'll be shocked, I thought all of these got deleted but woke up in the morning to find the posts. Anyway, what I'm trying to ask is if any deck which is "meta" right now is usable with only limited ex's or v's. thanks @DoubleCure!

I opened the snorlax box ( can't remember what it's called) and only got an alakazam ex one of the cheapest ex's in the set :( That was like £40 lol
