  • From my knowledge PTCG is the cheapest card game to get into, you can make a competitive deck for around 50$ and a rogue deck for around half that price. I don't know much about the other card games but you can try them to see what sticks. Pokemon has a special place in me though.

  • You can only redeem 400 of one set. (By set I mean like SWSH Fusion Strike, SWSH Silver Tempest, NOT SWSH itself.) Redeeming more only gives you a pitiful amount of coins. I guess this is to combat bulk buyers.

  • Right now the format is too fast for V Unions, maybe Mewtwo would work but just maybe. We have to wait for rotation for when the format slows down a bit. I still don't think I would play V Unions other than Mewtwo control but it would be interesting to see some of the ideas with V Unions and not just seeing Lugia Mew…

  • Just wait till rotation when Lugia becomes tier -1 deck, until then you can tech in an 1-1 Aerodactyl if your deck allows it, or play Regis and fight fire with fire. Zoroark box also works but is a bit harder to play

  • I think the battle pass should give out more credits and less pre picked cards from established decks, yeah of course getting a complete mew deck for free is very good for new players but people who want to experiment with different cards or strategies or decks dont get much out of the pre picked cards.   • I think you are thinking of the new gardevoir ex card, which only attaches psychic energy to psychic pokemon. The shining arcana gardevoir which is what we have now, can attach any basic energy to any pokemon.

  • It's buffs/debuffs for pokemon. For example, Hisuian Goodra Vstar with it's attack which reduces incoming damage by 80 will appear as a green arrow. But if a path to the peak is in play, which removes abilities from rulebox pokemon, it will appear on the Goodra as a red down arrow.
