Yes, the wording is not clear on both todays patch notes and SV expansion release patch notes. If youre going to rotate the format without making SV cards playable in the new format, what is the point? Hopefully we get some clarification on this after the maintenance.

It started at 8 AM pacific time which is 3 PM UTC, they say it will take 8 hours but it usually ends at around 4 hours

It could be a good enchantment for casual players but I would like that to be optional and turned off by default. I play some Peoniea decks which let's you rearrange prize cards with ones from your hand, and that way you can know which prize cards you placed are which ones faced down.
