It's sad how often this post feels relevant. I'd say that it's a shame that they have never responded to it, but then again, they don't respond to any of the hundred of bug reports, questions or suggestions posted on this forum. This honestly feels like an abandoned forum for an abandoned game.

Sounds like it's coded incorrectly - you should be able to use Gardevoir's ability since it's not a once-per-turn ability. Are you able to use two refinement abilities if you have two different Kirlias on the bench?

@Sakura150612 how is that an understandable mistake? That is not adequately testing the most common use case. Also, many people are reporting these bugs happening in their first game after launching the client. If this kind of thing happens every now and then, it's understandable as a slip up in the testing process. But…
