Because we've had multiple cases of people thinking that putting it on the active protects the bench. You're also the only one complaining about this so something seems off.

There's no report button. Also, what your opponent does is concede at the wrong time, so this isn't something they should be reported for anyway. As for fixing it, the devs fix what they can and ignore what they can't. They aren't good enough to be able to prioritize.

Make sure to read cards properly. The Seal Stones need to be attached to a Pokémon V to work.

It's most likely a desync. There's some kind of connection issue going on.

That part about the quest wasting space implies that you think most or all people agree with you. If you really hate it that much, make an expanded beta deck where you can intentionally lose quickly lol.
