This is the issue that the message when you start the game is referring to.

You can't play supporters on your first turn if you go first. This is a rule of the Pokemon TCG, not a bug.

The timer is necessary when playing against random people. You'll have to find her friends to play with until she knows the game better and can read faster. You could also have her play against AI with the test deck function.

That's definitely not the case. Maybe you just dropped so low in rank that all you get are newbies trying to be creative.

The reason for the lack of buzz is that it's still in beta, which is why PTCGO hasn't been shut down.

@Cruizato16 I'm tired of seeing it everywhere too, but asking people to be intentionally uncompetitive in a competitive environment isn't going to work. You're just going to have to deal with it until March 30th.

Play on the casual ladder if you don't want to play against the meta.
