It was always an intermittent issue, which is probably why it hasn't been fixed. I've never unexpectedly experienced it myself. That it maybe you had a bad internet connection that caused it the entire time.

I think it'll be a few years honestly. They can barely manage to add new sets as they come. Unless the hire a lot more people, I can see it taking up to 5-6 years. If I'm super optimistic, it could be 2 years.
