It's part of the problem of the UI being touch focused. Scrolling is extremely slow, you have to click a card and drag to move along the card rarities.

I'll add here too, the infinite reuse seems to be caused by using a "Once during your turn" ability first on the same Pokemon using the Forest Seal Stone's ability. It's like it only checks for VSTAR usage the first time an ability is used on a Pokemon, and any subsequent time it foregoes the check.

It's checking the wrong player. In deck test I used Zoroark VSTAR's ability and Raichu started doing the bonus damage. They'll probably be able to fix that one really easily.
