  • Running programs as administrator is not recommended. You'll create files with bad permissions. If you are having permissions issues that running as administrator does solve, make sure the game is being installed in a location in your user profile and not in Program Files or the root of a disk drive.
  • I'd like to add to this that I use a laptop with an aspect ratio of 3:2 (3000x2000) and would also appreciate a better fit.
  • PC: Cards in collection says I do not own the card but I do have it Have you viewed your available rarities for a card and ensured you don't just have a different rarity? Click a card in the deck builder, then click the Available button below the card image. Mulligans and waiting for opponent set up takes a lot of time…
  • This has nothing to do with Live bugs or feedback. The Decks and Strategy section might be more appropriate. We're not going to convince anyone to change the card mechanics anywhere on these forums though. I don't think anyone in charge of that will ever see this forum or be told about anything on it.
  • Expanded is in beta in Live (yes, a beta within a beta) so there are still missing cards and some features may be missing like challenging someone directly to an expanded match. If you want to play Expanded it is definitely recommended to stay on PTCGO until they have more time to work on the format in Live.
  • I want to add, apparently if you aren't getting real responses from support you should be able to ask to escalate the ticket to get someone to actually read the ticket and get a real response.
  • I'm pretty sure that the beta is available to all regions that TPCi handles organized play of Pokemon for. If you are in such a region, you'll want to put in a support ticket. If you are not in a region where TPCi handles the organized play for Pokemon I don't believe a ticket is going to help, but maybe you can try.
  • Submit a ticket and respond to the form messages until someone actually reads it. Apparently you can also request to have the ticket escalated if you continue to have issues getting form letter responses instead of real responses.
  • You'll want to put in a support ticket. You may have to respond multiple times before they actually read the message instead of sending an auto response. Apparently you can also request that they escalate the issue if they keep on responding with form letters.
  • I've noticed this issue on and off between my laptop and my desktop.
