The deck editor groups together every card of the same name, even if they are different rarities. The editor showing you 4 Regular art professor's research just means you have 4 in your deck; it doesn't mean every copy is a regular art.

Click on the lost zone, there's a tab with your name and a tab with your opponent's name. Click on your opponent's name to see their lost zone.

For cards from SM or Early SWSH, Change the filter from standard to expanded. For cards from BW or XY, change the filter to "all" instead, cards from those eras are not implemented in the game yet, you can see them in your collection, but you cannot use them yet.

It's not a bug, moving to the bench removes effects and limitations on the pokemon.
