To top it off the communication is shocking - @TPCi_CursedSoup will appear one day every two months to post some patch notes and answer a couple of questions before disappearing until the next set release. I think that it's fine if it's a cosmetic variant - it's a great idea to restrict these to offer a nice bonus to people who go to their local Leagues or whatever. I don't think that it's fine when it's a card that was distributed at World Championships a decade ago and has had no other printing. This is a playability issue…

I think that it sets an awful precedent. Being able to craft a Tropical Beach was one of the easiest examples of why a crafting system could be better than trading, yet they introduce an artificial block on the card to restrict its availability. Nobody benefits from this in any way other than people who want to sell things…

Also when will the Pokemon Go set release? It has a physical release this Friday and will be on PTCGO on Thursday. I assume that mods intend to answer queries in this post otherwise I'm not sure what the point in a discussion thread is.

@TPCi_CursedSoup is there no matchmaking fix? The game is currently unplayable. This is not an exaggeration - try queuing in to a game for yourself.

The developers/moderators on this forum have kind of gone dark. We don't know what they're working on, we don't know what the project timeline is and we don't know whether the game will still be released at some point.
