It's already released everywhere it's ever going to release. It's not releasing in Asia because, as stated, TPCi doesn't manage operations in that region, which is why packs there don't have code cards.

Login bonuses definitely need to be added. The new devs seem really inexperienced though and only focus on the bare minimum for now as a result.

You shouldn't be able to add them to a deck in the first place...
