They aren't going to overhaul the art style or add features while there are still tons of bugs to fix. Maybe in 4-5 years and if they add microtransactions.

Blissey isn't meta. New players just spam it on the low ladder and in casual.

You had a desync at some point but didn't reset the game, which caused a bug where you were silently matchmaking and losing due to inactivity.

There's nothing they can reasonably do about that.

The game freezing up is caused by a desync either on your side or with the server. Timer stalling isn't possible. Sadly, reporting also isn't possible, but the number of people who would get reported due to bugs like this makes me think that it's best not to have a report button until the final release.
