Gameplay? Heck no. TCGO was better in that department. Deck building? Yes. They are very generous with cards in Live.

Gameplay, TCGO is waaaaaay better. I can barely play TCGL on my computer, anytime someone puts down dark type, it runs so slow it skips my turns, making it unplayable. I'm decently new to TCG, but I found that Kingler V/V-max are good for getting energy on any energy heavy pokemon. You could pair with Blastoise V-Max to get a big blow, or Keldeo V who has high potential, or spread among all your pokemon.

Yes, they are very good, but OP. Discarding energy and Archeops with Ultra/Quick Ball, then re-getting energy with Blissfull Blast, and Archeops with Lugia V-Star, then primal turbo, and BAM, your invincable in 3 turns.
