No, the FAQ says that migrating will NOT carry them over, and you need to backup your deck lists to a text file or something to import back into Live. Only the cards get migrated.

Did you play against a deck that desynced while playing Mew V or using an energy acceleration card? If you did, you need to close your client and reopen it. Otherwise you may continue to be desynced and auto lose matches you attempt to connect to until you restart the game.

They have been affected by the desync bug from attaching energy or the Mew attack. They have to restart their client or else they will continue to auto lose while looking for a match. They are not exploiting anything, they are suffering from a bug.

You both desync so you both end up losing. There is no abuse, it's just a bug. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next version, and hopefully the next version will be soon.

I know nobody who makes this game comes here, so pointless of me to even post it feels like The moderators do pass bug reports and feature requests posted to the forums along to the development team. You won't get a response on it because people think that means "it's going to happen next version."
