Is part of the same bug that doesn't allow you to enter the battle pass until you close and re-open the client. The timer displays correctly if you get lucky and the client allows you to enter the battle pass after a game.

There's currently a bug with Hisuian Zoroark + Echoing horn, if you bring back the pokemon Ko by zoroark it gets ko again automatically Once the bug is fixed the card will be legal again.

This is a common problem, if i understand correctly the reason why you see the timer before your turn even starts is because your turn already began in your opponent client, but some sort of delay is causing your game to be behind.
