The 400 pack limit is probably there to prevent people from using exploits, like infinite credits with Celebration packs. I’m not saying it’s right, just giving some context.

I don’t think they even know where to begin to fix this. Looking at the past year worth of patch notes and development it’s clear that the team is mainly composed of junior developers and just very bad ones in general. I advise everyone to keep expectations low and just accept this as the final product.
