What you're saying is true, but only if the energy is attached from the hand. Most effects that attach energy do so from the discard or the deck, which doesn't trigger Old Cemetery.

You didn't lose any cards other than those beyond playable copies. Set the filter to show all.

That's not a bug. Nothing in the card's text says you can't do it, and nothing in the rules says you can't do something that causes you to lose the game.

Did it have Memory Capsule attached? Flying Pikachu V's (the basic) Fly would prevent both damage and effects on a heads.

Set the filter to show all cards. I don't understand why this one is confusing people so much. You had to set filters properly in PTCGO too, though it was more straight forward since you'd pick the format before you start deck building.
