The cards from Vivid Voltage have rotated and are no longer valid for standard play. You'll have to switch to Expanded to use them.

What deck were you playing against? Which cards were in play?

Something like this wouldn't be intermittent. It's more likely that it happens like this in every game for everyone, but it hasn't been reported because people typically won't use the ability after turn 1.

It's a bug that happens if it was KO'd last turn and brought back.
