I've only been playing it on desktop and laptop. Have had no issues. It's unfortunate you have been having issues, but it's false to say it doesn't work at all.

That is not a bug. You didn't take the prize cards, so it doesn't count. Concession from the opponent does not equate to taking all the prize cards, it's just another way they lose. Just as you shouldn't complete the quest from a deck out or knocking out their only active Pokemon, you shouldn't complete it for them…

They didn't open after you submitted 10 each time? Your only option is to open a support ticket I believe.

If this is a mobile devices, there should be an OS-specific way to leave a fullscreen application. On desktop there should be a Quit Game option at the bottom of the menu you used to log out.

Shred ignores effects on the opposing Pokemon, so I'm assuming it was this move. Mimikyu would also ignore effects on the opposing Pokemon if the move copied was Shred.

Which Pokemon? They have to be Fusion Strike Pokemon.
