@albalbornozp The other player has also desynced and has to concede or quit the game and it counts as a loss for them too. There is no active player according to the server.

What should be causing it is energy acceleration, or something in Mew VMAX decks.

Yes, it is a desync bug due to energy acceleration, and seemingly something else from Mew VMAX decks.

It's not losing connection. It's desync where you didn't receive one of the published commands. It seems that some action with Mew V isn't properly publishing a command and desyncing both players.

That deck is one of the bundles you can buy in the store. Also, with fewer people playing due to the bug and time of day, it is possible for you to match up with the same person multiple times.

The latest example was an energy: I didn't want to use the one I had in my hand for an Ultra Ball if I didn't know for sure I was going to draw another one. Is this really ok with all of these issue around? Can you guys call this even playing the game or enjoy it? Personally I could not and wont be willing to play as much unless the timer issue is at least fixed. It's a beta. There are going to need to be improvements like a longer, possibly more dynamic, timer, and a game log…
