If you played any competitive game with a well implemented ranking system you would know that a higher win-rate means that you “deserve” to be at a higher rank so the system adapts by giving you more points per win. That’s not how ranked ladder works. It should take into account your win-rate, your rank the opponent’s rank when calculating how many points you win/lose. The implementation we have on PTCGL is very lazy and simplistic (you win x and you lose x) and it makes the whole system pointless.

That doesn’t change the fact that the product is awful and embarrassing to say the least. In one and a half years of development very little has changed. Some bugs that were present during closed beta still persist, we get 1 actual update a month if lucky. It’s unacceptable.

It's clear that they are just winging it, they probably don't even have a roadmap themselves lmao

They acknowledged performance/battery usage issues but they don’t know how to fix them. Just look at the client, does that look like the product of veteran knowledgeable and resourceful developers? We need to start accepting this as the final product, the official release is in like 2 weeks after all.
