Blissey ability not working
I was using a deck based on the let’s all rollout attack and I was playing against a mew vmax deck and blissey’s ability wasn’t working and the mew vmax was just taking straight knocks even though it was displaying all the little green triangles. am I missing something that was turning the ability off or was this a bug?
