Mimikyu (Safeguard) vs Roaring Moon's Frenzied Gouging
I was playing a game today, and Roaring Moon's attack Frenzied Gouging did absolutely nothing. The attack should KO the Mimikyu because Safeguard only mentions it prevents damage to itself, not affect of attacks. I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed.
