I see this as well. It's not just the lens opacity, but the color of the frames as well. I have to keep resetting the frames and the transparency settings.

The avatars need to be removed completely. I cannot believe how much effort they wasted on something that doesn't actually affect gameplay at all, except for in a negative way because they are so creepy so it makes me not want to play at all. Please, just remove them, or at least replace them with actual Pokemon characters…
