You're probably just lagging out, the game has a real issue with that kind of thing. Your opponent is probably spamming emotes because they think you're trying to timer stall them.

Spiritomb's attack won't change the amount of weakness, but the amount can still be changed by other factors like Kabutops' ability or Supereffective Glasses. With that said a strategy like this is difficult to pull of since your opponent can just retreat to remove the effect, meaning you've wasted your turn.

Which cards? It might just be a visual glitch, I've had that happen a few times, try removing the cards from the deck and then putting them back in. If you've made changes to the deck cards will also appear crossed out if you don't own them.

Those cards have rotated, which means you can't use them in Standard. Standard rotates its sets every so often to keep the format fresh - you can tell if a set is legal by looking at the little letter in the bottom left of the card. The card hasn't been nerfed (if they had changed the effect there would be an errata issued, and they would change the card's text to match) but there might have been a card in play that turned off abilities, like Path to the Peak.

I don't mean to be rude, but this deck is just a bunch of random cards - it might be beneficial for you to check out some tournament winning lists and start building from there. Also, your Sirfetch'd and Eevee are both regulation mark D which means you can't use them in the Standard format. Right now you can only play with…

Are you talking about the background colors, or the Pokemon Home with the poke ball crossed out? It looks like those are Pokemon that got Dexit-ed from Sword and Shield and Scarlet and Violet, and the mons that don't appear in either game (though most of them are available in LGPE or Legends Arceus, and all of them are…

My theory is that there's going to be some kind of man-made environments to catch Pokemon in, like the terrarium in the Blueberry Academy. You could be right though, only time will tell
