Spiritomb's attack won't change the amount of weakness, but the amount can still be changed by other factors like Kabutops' ability or Supereffective Glasses. Which cards? It might just be a visual glitch, I've had that happen a few times, try removing the cards from the deck and then putting them back in. If you've made changes to the deck cards will also appear crossed out if you don't own them.

The Dream World was definitely cute but making you play a silly flash game that doesn't even guarantee you get the Pokemon you want to get hidden ability Pokemon back then was super annoying. I just want my Drizzle Politoed dang it!

My theory is that there's going to be some kind of man-made environments to catch Pokemon in, like the terrarium in the Blueberry Academy. You could be right though, only time will tell
