  • Yeah, the animation is just ceremonial. The PTCGL inventory is just single cards and there is no separate classification for packs. Once you receive them, it's opened. I'm more into the game than collecting, so it doesn't bother me much, but I know those who like cracking packs will miss out on a big part of the ritual.…

  • Text files don't transfer over but cards do. So if you've built that deck with cards that you actually own, then it should show up. If you have pre-Sun and Moon cards, then they are not playable, yet, but the cards are there for sure.
