• It shows for me in the Battle Pass. I can click on it and see that I don't have most of the cards and I can copy it and then import it to my deck manager. It's not in my deck

• "Please note that this also applies to decks awarded after completing the tutorial and to cards granted in tier 0." The last sentence does the heavy lifting here.
