The decks don't transfer. They're gone for good. Your cards did transfer, but ones from before Sun and Moon aren't playable yet. You can view the older cards by setting your filter to show all cards.

The maintenance isn't over yet. The time is in PDT, not your local time zone.

Define "everything." If you mean decks, those don't transfer. If you mean unopened packs, those also don't transfer but you get compensatory crystals. If you mean you're missing arts/rarities of certain cards, click on the regular art and then the gray button underneath. If you mean cards older than Sun and Moon, those…

You didn't answer the important question. Was the tool on the benched Pokemon or on the active?

I am relaxed. What Pokemon was it, and what cards were attached?
