That isn't a concern on a digital platform and adding that would just make things more confusing while saving almost no time.

Not a bug. Cards from before Sun and Moon haven't been implemented in the game yet and don't function. For the time being, Expanded in Live is SM-on.

Sync your system time with a time server. If you've been setting it manually, that's the issue because you're a few seconds off.
